Community Advisor Role
The Community Advisory Council will play an important role in guiding knowledge mobilization, community engagement, and the broader impact of the project.
We are honoured to serve as a lead community advisory collaborator for this project, supporting the consultative process and reviewing toolkit materials to ensure they reflect the lived experiences and insights of Black Muslim women. We believe this partnership aligns with our mission to create inclusive spaces where young women can contribute to shaping equitable policies and practices.
This work bridges academic research and social impact in a way that reflects our own approach—rooted in culture, care, and collective responsibility. Gashanti is proud to support this initiative and looks forward to contributing to its success.
